  • ½ day Asbestos Awareness:is a half day course for operational, supervisory, managerial staff who may be handling or coming into contact with asbestos, and that have responsibility for asbestos related activities. It focuses on types and occurrence of asbestos products, handling, potential risks and how to health and safety measures, legislation and compliance and dealing with incidents such as spillages. Asbestos Awareness Training is required by law and is targeted at persons that are involved with asbestos products such as plumbers, builders, demolition contractors, and those involved in wastes management.   • 1 day DASH:provides an industry-specific training solution to the problem of illness, injury, fatalities and RIDDOR reported accidents. It is endorsed by the HSE, and ideal for employers who want to educate and up-skill their workforce while training out bad practice.  It can be delivered in 1.5 days and uses real life examples that delegates can relate to. Successful candidates gain a WAMITAB certificate which also provides unit evidence for level 2 vocational programmes.
